What is png to pdf?
Drop a handful of PNGs, click Combine into PDF, and get one document. Each image becomes a Letter-size page with the orientation chosen automatically based on the image’s aspect ratio. Everything happens in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
When to use a png to pdf
- Compile screenshots into one document — Bug reports, design specs, and process documentation are easier to share as a single PDF than a folder of PNGs.
- Print scans as a booklet — Scanned receipts, IDs, or paperwork often arrive as individual PNGs. Bundle them into one PDF for archiving or emailing.
- Submit images to forms that require PDF — Many government, school, and insurance portals only accept PDFs. Combine your supporting images into one file in seconds.
How to use the PNG to PDF Converter

Is this private?
Yes — conversion runs entirely in your browser. PNGs are not uploaded to any server.
What page size does it use?
US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), with auto-orientation per image. Landscape PNGs get landscape pages, portrait gets portrait.
Does it compress the PDF?
Yes. Each PNG is re-encoded as JPEG at quality 92 before being embedded — substantially smaller than embedding raw PNG, with no visible loss for photo-style images.
Will small PNGs be enlarged to fill the page?
No. If a PNG is smaller than the printable area, it's centered at its native size. Upscaling pixel art or icons just makes them blurry, so we don't.
Can I reorder the pages?
Drop the files in the order you want them. v1 doesn't support reorder after picking; if you need a different order, click Clear and re-drop.
How many pages can it handle?
100 PNGs max per batch, with each file under 25 MB. The output PDF can be tens of MB for that many photo-resolution images.
What if I need transparency preserved?
PDFs from this tool use JPEG-embedded pages, which don't carry transparency. Transparent areas appear white in the output.
